- All Items are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- All returned items must be in new/original condition in which received. Merchandise returned in damaged condition will have associated charges.
- A return authorization is required for all returns. Please Contact Us to obtain a return authorization.
- All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise are the customer's responsibility, including the cost of "free" outbound shipping.
- Full purchase price will be refunded, less any exchange/return/restocking fees, within 30 days of purchase.
- In the event that a free gift was given with product purchase, the value of gift will be deducted from refund.
- Custom orders are cancelable within 72 hours of order date. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed to any order cancelled or returned after 72 hours.
- All Leap chairs may be returned within 30 days of receipt. There is a return/exchange charge of $149 and a 25% restocking charge.
